Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services:

• Custom logo and branding on tube bodies
• Custom packaging box design and printing
• Private label solutions for distributors
• Bilingual packaging (English/Chinese, or English/your language)

Lead time for OEM orders is typically 15–20 days from artwork approval.

1. Send us a reference — a tile sample, a Pantone code, or a photo.
2. We formulate a match — our lab creates a color-matched batch (3–5 working days).
3. You approve the sample — we ship a test sample for your confirmation.
4. Full production — once approved, we produce the full order.

There is a one-time color matching fee, which is waived for orders above 2,000 units.

Both options include door-to-door delivery within Singapore.

Yes. We provide free samples for standard colors so you can test the product quality and application experience. For custom colors, the sample fee is credited toward your first order.

Samples are shipped via air freight and typically arrive within 7 days.

Epoxy system: 12 months from production date when stored in a cool, dry environment (5–35°C).

Polyurea system: 12 months under the same conditions.

All products are labeled with production dates and batch numbers for traceability.

We provide a 5-year color stability warranty for our epoxy system and a 10-year color stability warranty for our polyurea system under normal indoor conditions.

Warranty covers color change (yellowing) and de-bonding caused by material defects. It does not cover improper application or substrate failure.

We accept:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• L/C (Letter of Credit) for orders above USD 10,000
• Western Union for sample orders
